Company history
Peace & Living PLC engages in the development of low-rise residential properties, placing its focus on creating quality work at every step, whether when it comes to land acquisition, ideating projects, conforming project development to the required standards and the needs of customers, choosing property management teams, or offering after-sales service. These all combined have led the Peace & Living to achieve a glorious success in the real estate business for over 27 years with new projects constantly and actively launched. The Company has built its reputation on credibility and financial stability with relatively low interest-bearing debt to equity ratio while all shareholders have relished competitive returns and dividends year after year. Moreover, it has never struggled with any non-performing loan (NPL) even during the 1997 economic crisis.
